Cummins C1000kW – Jupiter package • Year: 1999 • Model: DFJD • Engine hours: 2,480.6 Major recent maintenance: • Refurbished Main OCD installed December 2022 • Failed turbos (2) replaced with new - Aug. 2022. • Replaced Fuel pump and rear main seal June 2021. Description of engine issue. Block is intact and has ability to start and run. Engine sucked excess dust into air intake which caused cylinder and piston ring wear.
